Martin Freeman:  you gotta admit he’s got range.

#this set #I will never understand people who say he plays the same part over and over #way to see two fucking things he’s been in #he always #ALWAYS #changes something about himself for a part #sure when he’s playing a normal guy it’s more subtle #but just look at Dixon and Bilbo and John and Rembrandt and Veronica/Danny #his entire physicality changes #and I don’t mean hair and fake teeth and makeup #he literally changes the way he carries himself #the way he talks #the way he moves #this #THIS #is why he’s my favorite actor #because not only is he immensely talented #but he takes the time to make his characters individuals and unique to anything he’s done before #just look at these roles and tell me he did the same thing twice #I fucking dare you to #because you can’t #it’s just not true #Martin Freeman #one of the greatest actors of his generation #and he’s finally being given the roles (in mainstream work) to show it
